DAVID EINHORN

David Einhorn is the President of Greenlight Capital, Inc., which he co-founded in January 1996. Prior to founding Greenlight, David worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and Siegler, Collery & Co.

Mr. Einhorn is Chairman of the Boards of Greenlight Capital Re, Ltd. (NASDAQ:GLRE) and Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRBK). He is the author of Fooling Some of the People All of the Time: A Long Short Story.

Mr. Einhorn holds a BA, summa cum laude, in Government from Cornell University.
